In theory ftp.brulescorp.com is forwarding to brulescorp.asuscomm.com which forwards to my current FTP IP.
I'm just waiting for a week or so to see if everything continues working.
If so, then we shouldn't see nay more service interruptions.
Except, in a couple of weeks, I will be moving my servers from Detroit to Dallas. Then the FTP site will be down for 3 or 4 days.

There are some unique characteristics of the current FTP setup.
http://ftp.brulescorp.com forwards to the full FTP site in a browser.
However just typing
ftp.brulescorp.com into a Windows file explorer ends up pointing at a separate abbreviated FTP site with a copy of the latest unofficial BR and a copy of DLL_distr. These are copies I made for use while I transfer our office servers from Michigan to Texas. Both are secure.
In the past, not prefixing the http:// to the ftp site reference brought you to the full site. So this posting is to clarify what is happening. I will leave the current setup in place for 2 reasons:
- The http version is forwarding correctly, so it will eliminate temporary downtime if a new IP is assigned to the account, and
- the minimal copy will be available during the server move and as a backup alternative.
